This photo was taken with a macro-lens to allow all the small veins of a leaf to become visible. So often we look too quickly at the earth around us, and we don't notice the brightness and amazing detail of a simple leaf. Our home is dying due to lack of care; maybe if we take time to look at the beautiful life surrounding us every day, we may find an even stronger reason for keeping it safe.
